Darren Collison scored 17 points on 7-of-15 shooting (including two threes) with six rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and one block as the Pacers nearly upset the Bulls in Game 1 on Saturday.
Collison was probably a late selection in postseason drafts playing for the No. 8 seed, but he paid off tonight. If Frank Vogel has any control over what happens on the court in Indy, he would be wise to put the ball in his young point guard's hands, rather than watch the team sneer at every Danny Granger heat check.
