Tyreke Evans is excited about Jimmer Fredette's ability to spread the floor but isn't clear what his role will be in the Kings' new-look backcourt.
"I don't know how we are playing it," Evans said. "Am I going to be the point? Is [Jimmer] going to be the point? At the end of the day, whatever one they lead me to, I'm just ready." We're penciling Evans in as the Kings' starting PG, but Sacramento has an obvious surplus of guys who like to have the ball in Evans, Fredette, Marcus Thornton, and John Salmons -- and we haven't even mentioned their frontcourt. It's an open question whether Evans can be disciplined enough to play PG full-time.
