NBA scouts barred from NCAA practices

NBA scouts have reportedly been barred from attending NCAA practices, to prevent any random contact with current NBA players visiting their alma maters.

Scouts are limited to attending games and events open to the public, which makes it harder for them to evaluate "players' work habits and how they interact with coaches." The lockout is a drag.
