July 27, 2011 - 1:40 PM ET

The Winnipeg Jets have made 39 year-old Pascal Vincent the team's newest assistant coach.

Despite his young age, Vincent has a wealth of experience coaching in the QMJHL as well as with the Canadian National Junior Team. His responsibilities with the Jets will make him responsible for forwards and the power play."It's certainly a privilege to work with great quality people," Vincent said. "Obviously it's a dream coming true for a coach or a player when you reach the best league in the world, it's always very special."
